Parent Info Sessions
Parent Info Sessions are a great way to develop a greater understanding of what might be going on for your child and strategies that work for your family. We are able to develop information sessions tailored to your needs so if you have a topic you would like covered please let us know, chances are other families also have similar questions.

Intervention Groups
Junior Foodies
Junior Foodies is a small group that focus on food exploration for fussy eaters. Groups are run for ages 3-5 (pre-kinder) 6–8 (school aged). Over 5 weeks, Participants and their families are supported to explore food through play and understand the processes of eating. The group is structured based on the SOS approach to feeding to focus on your child’s feeding goals in a low-pressure environment.
Food Play with the AHA
This group focuses on increasing food exploration for children who have previously attended Junior Foodies. It is developed by our Occupational Therapist and conducted by our friendly Allied Health Assistants (AHA). The group provides children with the opportunity to explore a range of different foods in a fun and low-pressure environment. The group program is developed on the SOS approach to feeding.
Social Foodies
Social Foodies is a cooking group for kids aged 7 – 8 and 9 – 13. This group is designed for kids who would like to work on social and conversation skills, increasing their exposure to new foods, building independence, and developing life skills. It is also a great opportunity to develop the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Super Movers
Super Movers is a group of 3-4 children that focuses on developing your child’s sensory processing skills and gross motor skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. The group is structured to focus on your child’s OT goals while also providing the opportunity to socialise with peers and develop their teamwork skills.
School Readiness
School readiness is a group of 3-4 children aged 4-5 years old who are preparing for the big step into preschool or kindergarten. This group will provide opportunities for your child to develop their fine motor skills, gross motor skills, social skills and ability to work in a group – all the skills needed to start their next stage of learning with confidence!
Fussy Eaters Workshop
This evening workshop is designed for parents, carers or educators who have children or care for children who eat a very limited variety of foods. The workshop is designed to give you an understanding of the different factors that may be impacting your child’s eating and the many steps to eating. We will also provide real life and practical strategies that can be implemented straight away to support your child learning to eat while reducing stress at mealtimes.

Parent Info Sessions
Food Exploration Group for Fussy Eaters
This info night is for parents of children who eat a limited variety of foods or display anxiety or worry around mealtimes or unfamiliar foods. The session will help parents feel they have a better understanding of their child’s behaviours around food and mealtimes and arm them with strategies to increase their child’s food variety and decrease their worry around meal times.
*The session does not cover any information about nutrition. It will focus on sensory sensitivities and exposure, oral motor skills and behaviours around mealtimes.
